No, we will bring all the equipment needed for your workout. If you have your own, it is a bonus.

Is this an extreme diet plan?

No, we teach you the basics of nutrition. We will help you develop a healthy lifestyle for success long term.

Do I have to count calories?

You have the option to track calories using an App like “lose it” but the answer is no. By making smarter choices you do not have to count calories.

What do I do when I am eating out to dinner or I am on vacation?

We still have to live our lives. We will help you make smarter choices. Once you learn the basics you will be able to choose similar foods from any menu.

Can I begin with you immediately or should I start running first?

Absolutely not, that is why we are here. We can design plans and workouts from beginners to the most advanced. Exercise is about progression, start small and build to being in the best shape of your life.

What if I have back pain?

Our trainers will work around any injury. We might need to avoid some exercises. In some cases, strength training or increases flexibility will help dull the pain.

Can we focus on losing my love handles?

We will do our best, but spot training is difficult. The best way is to take an all-around approach. Accomplishing small goals, is the best way to achieve your end goal.
