Frequently Asked Questions
Will I be able to follow along in my first class?
Yes! Our cardio equipment is motorless and powered entirely by you, so you can control your intensity. Before class, your coach will go over the exercises for the day’s workout.
What should I bring and wear to class?
We recommend athletic gear and sneakers, as well as a bottle of water.
I have not worked out in a long time. Is this the right class for me?
Your first two classes are always free, we want you to make sure this is right for you. Our skilled instructors are always around to answer questions, guide you through each and every exercise to make that you feel comfortable. Workouts are designed and can be easily modified.
Do you have showers?
Yes, we have three showers.
How do I book a class? Do you have packages?
Reserving a space is super easy—simply register online or through our very own app (Apple and Google app store) and select your class. We currently welcome drop ins for $22 per class, and also offer memberships from 59.99 to $149.99 for unlimited classes per month.
How long does it take for my body to start showing results?
No two people are created equal. Results come from being disciplined in and out of the fitness setting. The Bria Method will guide you in holistic manner to help you achieve the results you are looking for. I like to say, “How bad do you want it?” If you are motivated and listen to our method, you will be able to see measurable results in the first 4-8 weeks.
I need some assistance in tracking my progress. Do you offer that?
Yes! Assessments are offered, but you must schedule an appointment. We will also have challenges to motivate you.
I unfortunately have to cancel my membership. How late is too late?
While we hate to see you go, there won’t be any hard feelings. We have a 30-day cancellation policy.
How do I cancel a class I booked?
– Cancelling up to 12 hours before class starts? No problem! Cancel via the app, MindBody app, phone, email or in person.
I NEED that 6am spot on Thursday but the class is full. Help!
– Cancelling 1-12 hours prior to class = $10 late cancellation fee. Why? Late cancels are harder for your fellow members to fill that spot on short notice.
Here’s what you need to do:
It's 5:15p. I need to get into that 6p class. How do I get into that class?
1. Put your name on the waitlist.
2. 1st person on the waitlist will be automatically added to class if there’s a cancellation prior to 1 hour of class. This person will get a text message and email notification of their luck.
3. Can’t make it after all? You have to respond “no” to the text or email. This gives someone else a chance. No response = you will be in class. When you respond “no” the 2nd person on the list automatically gets notified of their ability to attend class. No penalty for saying no but if you don’t show up then no show rules apply.
IF YOU ARE ON THE WAITLIST KNOW THAT YOU MIGHT BE ADDED TO CLASS UP TO ONE HOUR OF CLASS TIME, BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR EMAIL/TEXT NOTIFICATION. Can’t handle this pressure? The waitlist might not be for you.
Just pray that the class isn’t full then call or sign up on the app.
Do I need to have a gym in my house?
Is this an extreme diet plan?
No, we will bring all the equipment needed for your workout. If you have your own, it is a bonus.
Do I have to count calories?
No, we teach you the basics of nutrition. We will help you develop a healthy lifestyle for success long term.
What do I do when I am eating out to dinner or I am on vacation?
You have the option to track calories using an App like “lose it” but the answer is no. By making smarter choices you do not have to count calories.
Can I begin with you immediately or should I start running first?
We still have to live our lives. We will help you make smarter choices. Once you learn the basics you will be able to choose similar foods from any menu.
What if I have back pain?
Absolutely not, that is why we are here. We can design plans and workouts from beginners to the most advanced. Exercise is about progression, start small and build to being in the best shape of your life.
Can we focus on losing my love handles?
Our trainers will work around any injury. We might need to avoid some exercises. In some cases, strength training or increases flexibility will help dull the pain.
We will do our best, but spot training is difficult. The best way is to take an all-around approach. Accomplishing small goals, is the best way to achieve your end goal.
