The Bria Method Training Studio


The Bria Method is a state of the art fitness and athletic performance studio that combines high intensity interval training and strength training. Physical fitness is comprised of aspects of health that synergistically support the bodies optimal functioning. Whatever your goals may be, you will train like an athlete – gaining formidable strength and endurance, a clear mind, and a physique that will make you proud.

The Bria Method is a perfectly balanced fitness program that combines Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Strength and Endurance, Balance and Flexibility to ensure all of our members with have improved Body Composition and Functional Movement. This can also help improve your daily lifestyle as well an increase athletic performance.

Members from 14 years of age and up will benefit from our perfectly designed LOW IMPACT HIGH INTENSITY classes. Our class structure will be a mix of Interval Training (HIIT), Continuous Training, Circuit Training, and Core Performance classes. There will also be a daily class designed specifically for the 55 and older population.
By continuously changing these aspects of our program, The Bria Method ensures that the client will continuously progress in their fitness level while moving towards their ultimate fitness and health goal, while avoiding injury.

The Studio

Out state-of-the-art studio has every tool you will need to become unstoppable. It is complete with traditional treadmills, motor-less treadmills, Airdyne Trainers, TRX suspension trainers, free weights, medicine balls, plyometrics, and battling ropes. There is also a customized turf area used for functional strength, speed, and conditioning training.

The Founder

The Bria Method was created by Tony Bria, a former college football player, track athlete and Ironman finisher. The passion and skill he has gained from his upbringing as an athlete and over 10 years’ experience in the fitness industry has helped shape his motivating coaching style. Tony loves to see people build confidence from the results they get by reaching their fitness goals.

The Workout

This is a workout for everyone, weather you are an athlete and just getting started. The Bria Method is designed for all fitness levels. Walk, run slow, sprint, lift heavy weights or lift light weights; that is for you to decide. Our motivated trainers will help you reach your maximum potential while keeping you safe.
